"free" 2 year maintenance question

When I purchased my Armada the dealership as part of
The deal gave me a 2 year free maintenance deal.
The dealership is still offering the same deal as its a standard thing they offer.

My armada is 22 months old and only has 5000 miles on it.

The service dept are only prepared to do an oil change under the deal as they say I don't need the 24 month service. They said the same at 12 months when I had 12 months.

The exact wording on the deal is free scheduled maintenance.

Should I be getting the full service free or is an oil change at 24 months and 5000 miles sufficient?

The dealership have reluctantly agreed to honor
The deal. Therefore they are doing the scheduled 24 month service.

Yep they were trying it on with me for sure.

The car came with 2 year maintenance and because of the low miles they said an oil change will do instead of a 24 month service.

Anyway service manager after some discussion agreed with me and they did the 24 month service and gave me the full paperwork for free.

That is great, in my dealership they gave me 3 years oil/tire rotation for free.
