I see $800 mentioned in reference to these shocks; are you guys talking $800 for a pair of fronts?

This might first appear to be a dumb Q. but I live in the United Arab Emirates, where they are trying to charge me close to $800/side! Many folks here buy in direct from the US because 'monopoly' is still not a dirty word here and there are many dealers taking advantage. Manufacturers don't understand this when they sign an exclusive deal with one company here and it ruins many good companies, for example, Bilstein are no longer represented here.

Re: Installed Radflo coilovers

OEM upper and lower control arm also.

I'm on a 6" pro comp lift like Pops and Grill. My coilover were order by Greg and preloaded for the lift. I still have OEM air shocks in the back. Pops switch out his for the radflo. I'm level out. The price is for a pair.

Thanks for the info' and the photos helped to confuse me more about whether to go 2.5~3" or 6" lift. I will check what the local laws are about a 6" lift but I suspect it is not permitted because you don't see it on the roads here. After I have checked, I will give Greg a call and try to sort something out instead of waiting for an email, as you suggested.

thanks again

I think Pops would agree with me on this but when you go 2-3", you will later want to go bigger.

i skip the 2-3" and went straight 6". BUT im sorry to inform you, currently there are no more 6" lifts being made for the armada. you will have to scour the internet for a used one.

Here is the discussion/waiting list thread

Too expensive for my blood... I'd put in some Moog before doing anything like that.

You ain't kidding about being expensive. I'm hoping mine will hold out for awhile. I do see grease oil around the joint where the spindle is connected to the UCA. So I'm assuming its busted? The passenger side is dry.
