I've read a thread on squeaky front end and it sounds like that is my problem also. They replaced and greased the bushings for $400. My question is...mine is still under factory warranty for 2000 more miles. Would this bushing replacement be taken care of through warranty or should I expect to see a bill for a chunk of change? Always nice to know what I'm walking into. Thanks

$400???

Really?? For 15-mins of work and some $20 bushings with $2 grease?? They are considered wear and tear, but $400 is a ripoff.

That's what I thought. I was just going off what someone said they were charged to do that. Maybe they had more work done. I think ill just bring it to my buddies shop. Would rather support his business than a big dealership. On anther note POPS I got that alignment taken care of and new tires. Problem solved. Thanks Bud.

Yeah, I agree with you. Better to support your friends business rather than the stealerships'. Do they make polyurethane bushes for our trucks? I'm just asking since I thought it would benefit you to replace them with something more durable and maintenance free in the long run.
