So came home today and found these waiting for me. :-D
Just have to wait for lift kit to come in and then find the time to install all the parts I have stockpiled. Lol :-D
Thanks! These are simply to replace the weaker LE rear springs. They should add a little bit of height, but they also offer a higher pay load than the softer LE springs. I will be ditching the auto level one lift kit comes in and replacing it at least temporarily with quad bilsteins in the rear.
The springs are the same height as the stock springs but are more stiff. The back will not sink as much once these are installed giving you a slight height advantage.
Those stiff RAYs are the exact same specs as the MOOG 81085, right?
I was not sure which brand of stiff springs to get.
So I just got the MOOG 81085.
I sure hope its an improvement...

I'm thinking the 5100s and 2" rear spacers. I need enough to fit 33x13 terra grapplers. Are all the other spacers garbage? I'd hate to ruin my new HD rear springs by running the poly spacers from rancho or daystar.
I think the HD springs may be higher at first since they are about .5 in longer but I expect them to settle a little also.
I'm currently running 5100s on highest perch in front and a 2 inch puck from PRG in back. You may need to get wheel spacers to run 13 inch wide tires without rubbing. Which terra grapplers are you looking at? Exact size? IIRC mine are 285x65r18. And I have no rubbing issues and I haven't dune the pinch weld mod.
I would suggest going with a metal spacer like PRG's rather than a plastic spacer.
Boost, the PRG is the way to go in my opinion. As far as the HD spring it was like night and day as far as ride quality. When I had stock springs on PRG spacer the rear end was bouncy on big bumps. When I installed the HD spring I felt improvement. Bounce is less drastic. As far as lift i had about a two inch from the springs alone but sank to 1 inch once the springs settled. That's y I got the Ranchos.
You might need to do the pinch weld mod to get those to clear without any rubbing... 2 inches may or may not be enough. If you search for biggest tire size Pops mentions exact largest size without going bracket lift kit in one of his posts.
Ordered directly from PRGproducts.com
I e-mailed them about a week ago and never got a response. I also tried to call them twice and received no answer. I really just wanted a time frame on when the products could be shipped or if they were even in stock. I have to get my Armada inspected by the end of this month. To pass inspection I need to get my tires on (and some other stuff). To get my tires on I need a lift. >
Unfortunately I think you'll be waiting a while. 5100s are on national backorder and after some conversations with Bilstein, I think small vendors like PRG will be one of the last to receive a shipment if at all. Bilstein is shipping out to a bunch of vendors in the beginning of July. I ordered a kit from PRG and heard diddly squat from them for weeks so now I am seeking a refund because I am not waiting months for the 5100 package from PRG when I can order the rear spacers from performancelifts.com and the bilstein 5100s from someone who has them in stock (4x4parts.com). Plus I don't even know when my products would be shipped out even if they do get them in stock. No one from PRG even communicated to me that they were on back order, no one ever verified that I purchased something from them, and they are near impossible to get in touch with. I think PRG could be a great company for those that are local and could drive to their shop for customer service. As far as an online vendor I think they leave a little to be desired.
Got the Bilsteins and PRG rear spacer put in along with General Grabber AT2 275/70R18. Went with the Grabbers because the 325/60R18 Terra Grapplers were for a 9 inch rim. I know people have been doing it with no issues, but didn't wanna take the chance since it's the daily driver of my wife and kids.
