Rear Shocks

I have 125k on the odometer and I think I may need to change my rear shocks. When I'm driving over bumps especially at high speed you can really feel the truck shake especially in the rear. I replaced the front with Bilstein HD's about 30k miles ago. I recently got my tires balanced thinking that would help but it did not. I have not had a 4-wheel alignment done in a couple years, could that be the issue?

If rear shock replacement is the issue, is it a simple replacement with just any rear shocks? I have the air leveling rear suspension because of the tow package. If I went to a shop to have them replace them would they charge me $$$$ because of the air suspension?
