Just moved to the DC Area, MD outside beltway and I'm looking for recommendations for a mechanic. At least right now I'm looking at cracked header or messed up manifold.

I work in Alexandria, so going to VA wouldn't be an issue.

I've had issues with Nissan of Bowie. I've have Tisher Nissan in Laurel work on my 05 as it's on the way to work. I've use Pat Goss (The guy on motorweek, his shop is in Lanham). I've not used anyone in NoVA.

I read somewhere on a 10 page post that someone paid $300 for a Nissan tech to do the job. Dang, I'd like to find that guy! Tisher wanted $1925, another dealer was $1200, Hills is quoting $85/hr. But Nissan/Bowie was the cheapest at $700!! **** this is a bitter pill to swallow....smh laughing

Thanks @9balllrook

Just an FYI, Frank (Hill) is an UpRev tuner & has his own dyno to dial you in after your upgrades. Probably the most honest mechanic I ever met.
