Finally Zaino'd the new QX

Got the QX just over a month ago and just got a shot to give it the Zaino treatment.

1. Washed the whole truck w/Dawn
2. Clay bar the entire truck
3. Wash again with Zaino car wash
4. Tried the new Zaino All in One (AIO). Very easy to apply
5. Put on a coat of Z-2
6. Final coat was of the new Zaino Clear Spray.

This was my first time using the new Zaino products- I've always been a Z-2/Z-5 guy. I like them, but I'm interested to see how they hold up over time. Unlike some Zaino addicts, I only have time to polish 2 or 3 times/year.

I also polished all of the chrome and applied wheel wax and the Zaino Clear Spray on the wheels

Final Results:

One thing I totally regret about the QX is the size. Takes forever and a step stool to wash it, I can't imagine doing a full detail... nice job!!

No joke! I had to get a step stool and it took the better part of a day and a half. That included doing some work in the garage on Thursday night while the bbal games were on. Thankfully I have a tv out in the garage.

When I washed the TSX yesterday, it felt like I was washing a matchbox car....very easy

i love the zaino products, but i just aint got that much time!! i'd rather drop it off and pick it up a few hours later lookin like new (my step-brother owns a detail shop that does all the work for some of the big car lots in town so i get hooked up).
