So I noticed today that after driving for a bit and everything is warmed up, there is a chirp noise going over bump or bumpy roads and also the chirp when I shut both front doors. It's weird..
Also, the chirp seems to be coming from the front somewhere.. I lightly bang around stuff and nothing seems to chirp, but I shut the driver door, it chirps... Also chirps on bumps..
Had this on mine when I first bought it. There are some black rubber knobs in the engine bay that u can adjust. I think they set the height of the hood when it is closed, I just wrapped a shop towel around it and the chirp stopped. Maybe others will chime in but this worked for me.

Thank you so much!! I actually found this yesterday.. Bugged the crap out of me... I heard it pulling into the garage, so I got out and just started lightly hitting stuff and when I hit the hood it made that noise... Haha it wasn't shutting hard enough. So I adjusted...no more noise!!! Lol
All I did was turn the knobs counter clockwise so they would come out about a half inch more to make the hood shut more firmly and not be loose enough to move and make the chirp noise on a bump
