Armada questions

Hello, I'm new to the forum, and just had a couple quick questions. I'm in the market for a 2017 Armada, is there anything I should look out for? Do they come with a locking rear diff? I would like to put on some off-road tires, do you have any suggestions? Also is there any lift kits for these trucks? I would like to raise it up about 2-3 inches just for some clearance for the tires, and I like the look. Thanks for any info you can provide

Hi and welcome.

I recommend you look in the tires section for questions on tires and the suspension section. You will find many options.

The car is solid. If its used then naturally look at it like you would any other used car. Its a strong , well built vehicle, but, if used, its only as good as it was maintained.

I would get at least an 18 if you are at all concerned with the audio, it is outdated and was improved in the 18 year model.

Radflo sells shocks that will give you the lift you’re looking for. Calmini also makes a lift kit, but the reviews of them turn me off.

No factory locker, but theoretically the Y62 ARB air locker should fit. Not sure if anybody has tried it yet.

Garage
X 27 on Calmini. They are well known in the Xterra community. I've never dealt with them but they have a terrible reputation.
