Mesh grill installed

Doing this all from my phone so hope it works. Did a mesh grill mod today. Added lower grill and swapped top grill. Transferred logo and modified license plate bracket to work with lower grill.

I agree - the mesh grill really adds to the QX56. Try to get some better pics with the sun hitting that chrome!

Thanks all. I really enjoy the new look, and now that theres a slight gap at the top, I will retry the bug deflector again. I thought it looked good when I installed it the first time, but caused the stock grill to bow out.

This grill wasn't too bad to put in. Got the combo off of ebay because it touted no drilling. In hindsight, if I were to do it again, I would get the type that drills for the bottom grill. I'm not sold now how it attaches to the vehicle, plus I did end up needing to drill a little to make clearance for some of the screws that go into it. In addition, I had to cut the license plate holder in half, and screw it into the bumper (VA is strict on this.) I could have used a strong 3M tape, but I don't ever intend on taking it off.
