J matic or S matic

After I purchased my mada in December I went to the dealership to purchase some J matic fluid for my 08. The dealership told me " J matic is no longer available and you will now be using the S matic". So, I did a couple of drain and fills with the S matic and then did one drain and fill with the amsoil. My goal was to replace it with the amsoil eventually.

Well, I have the car at the dealership right now for a differential leak and i have a slight shudder into 3rd gear. They checked my tranny fluid and said " this is not jmatic fluid, what is in here". I told them the S matic that i purchased from you. They are now saying " Smatic is wrong, and it is supposed to have jmatic, you need to do a tranny flush right away". They also said " if something goes wrong with the tranny it wont be covered". They are the morons that sold me the crap.
What is the deal with these two fluids from nissan and which one is better ?

Those idiots don't know what they are talking about. Either S or J is fine, but S replaced J.
Don't let them do a flush; never do that. A drain and refill is all that is needed, if it is necessary at all.
I would find another dealer.
The amsoil fluid is fine; I have been using it for years in my Armada. It meets or exceeds all Nissan specs.

Does anybody use Amsoil? Which one? I'm at 72K so it's probably time to start changing out the old stuff.

Thanks!

How many quarts/gallons should I order for a drain/fill at home?

Can someone mix the S matic flid with the J-matic fluid?

I ask because of the fluids I am selling and was wondering if someone who wanted to buy them would be ok if he mixed both fluids together.
