P0037 code refers to the sensor in the B pipe on the driver's side.
The current amperage in the heated oxygen sensor
2 heater circuit is out of the normal range.
(An excessively low voltage signal is sent to ECM
through the heated oxygen sensor 2 heater.)
Either the sensor is bad or the wiring and/or connector is bad. Inspect the connectors to see if the are properly joined and look for wiring damage.
Since you replaced the sensor look carefully at the wiring and check for any exhaust leak.
