2004 Nissan Armada Rear Differential

Lost the rear differential on my 2004 nissan armada on the highway yesterday. Was told I need rear differential, right CV joints and emergency brakes cable both side.
Can anyone recommend where I can find the rear differential, used or new? I am grounded until I can get that bad boy fixed.

Depends where you are and what you want to spend. For an 04 I'd get used / reman. Call around to local junk yards, part pick places, etc. There are some on ebay. You can look for reman companies on the web. They are out there you just have to hunt around look for a good deal for you.

I am in the US Virgin Islands.....those vehicles are prime here, no junks. I will search on ebay and other junk yard sites on line and see. I wonder if it would be best to just get the entire rear axle?

I know I mentioned the entire rear axle above, not sure I know what the heck I am saying but I know someone will point me in the right direction. What I really wanted to know if it would be easier to change the entire rear end (would this contain the differential) instead of looking for the rear differential?
