If you don't have a scanner, go to an autoparts store and ask them to use their's to read any OBD2 fault codes.

yes, check for codes. Since you replaced the sensors, I would check your wiring to the sensors. Animals have been known to get in there and chew things up. To have both of these on at the same time is suspect. your MAF or Ignition coil wiring might be affected also. that could account for the running bad at 55mph. A scanner should show misfire or MAF codes if that is the case also.

the shaking could also be a wheel or drive train issue so be careful!

not throwing any codes at the moment , changed camshaft sensor and all coil packs and spark plugs , how would I go about testing the connectors? Would a multimeter work
yes a multi-meter can be used to check wiring and other connections. set it on the Ohms scale (X1 if not auto ranging)

here are the service manuals: https://www.nicoclub.com/infiniti-service-manuals

you can download for free. Figuring which is what can be a little confusing though.

There are wiring diagrams and diagnostics tests to narrow things down.

I would check the circuits for the oil and coolant sensors first, to make sure the wiring is intact. If you have open wiring there, it might lead to whats going on with the other issues.
