I have some updated information:
After another day at the dealership they determined that the "Valve Control Assembly" inside the tranny is not reading the right pressures. For those who don't undertand the workings of the valve control, its basically the main mechanical system that transfers AT fluid through runners, into accumulators, so on and so on, its has springs with little steel balls and all sorts of crap. (you can Google to find out more.)
In other words, 1,200 bones just in parts and possibly a few days of repair. Im discourged but im hopeful this is a fluke.
I really want to tow my Jeep in the near future and I feel like I might break something now.
I want to stress that I don't "hate" my truck. It is still the best thing going right now in its class. I'm sure most of you would agree.
that is all, i'll let you folks know when its out of surgery.
