Hi all...I'm a new Armada owner, and I have to say...so far I am very happy to have joined the club. My wife and I bought a 350 Z last year and have enjoyed it thoroughly...unfortunately, she didn't enjoy my 01 Expedition. She hated the fact that the step in height was so far up...and that the roof was so high that she couldn't get into some parking garages. She also complained that her legs were always getting banged up when she was putting our 6 month old in the back seat. So I promised to buy her something new this year. Initially we agreed on something smaller (i.e. 4 runner, pathfinder, jeep grand cherokee, etc), even though I've gotten very spoiled with my large Expy. But then a couple weeks ago we were at the Nissan dealer and saw a pathfinder sitting right next to an Armada...and I pointed out that the running boards on both trucks were about the same height. God bless my wife, because when she saw that, along with the fact that the roof was about 6 inches lower than my expy, she knew she wouldn't have anything to complain about anymore...and she knew how much I love my big trucks. So now we're both happy!

I just have one question for anyone who can answer...I have an SE with the second row bench seat. Has anyone else noticed that the center seat in the bench doesn't seem to recline back much past straight up? Is this normal? Not that this bothers me, but god help someone who may have to sit in that seat one day.

Thanks in advance for your replies...Here's some pics of our new addition!

Yes. The middle of the seat folds down for a cup holder/Arm rest. It doesn't recline. ;)

Post some pics with the Z. Here's mine with the G.

That silver is so sharp..it was (barely) my 2nd choice. Silver seems to really respond to wheels/tires and a billet grill. I'd like to see it with the chrome-holed dunder grill!

Welcome to the club mada!
