Isn't it fairly hard to incorporate the RF radios into the other trucks as the wiring is all different. I haven't seen anyone upgrade to a RF yet.

RF short for Rockford Fosgate. I've never seen anyone upgrade to the Rockford Fosgate, because you gotta do some new wiring, and add the sub, and other stuff. The market is a little bit tougher for the RF because of that, good if you need a spare or if yours is going bad. Seems like a fair price, I'd jump on it, if I knew how to make it work, the basic single cd, and standard 6 disc models are interchangeable. Someone pipe in if they have a link for the RF upgrade, I'd consider giving it a try! However if you priced it a little lower, somebody might JUMP on it just to get that LE style faceplate bezel if your including it. That is an easy upgrade. I think the LE bezels usually go for $140 or so?
