2018 Nissan armada map read error

When I turn car on the screen it says: Map loading if it’ll the problem persist make sure sd card is loaded correctly then it cycles off to the a black screen then the Nissan logo comes in and the whole cycle happens again

what happens if you remove the sd card? what does it say?
any other issues with telematics? navigation screen still shows movement? radio/av work otherwise?
anything happen to the car prior to this? any maintenance/modifications? has the battery been disconnected?
does this happene every time you start the car or is it random? is this the first time you saw this error?
any other info you can supply will be helpful to those over the internet who cant see the car in person.
