Anyone else shocked by the tanking resale value of this generation of Armadas? I’m trying to figure out why? I get the gas mileage issue but that doesn’t stop a Toyota 4Runners value.
Pretty much every used car right now is listed way higher than it should be but not the Nissan Armada. Really unfortunate.

Seen a few SL's in my arear between $29 and $33K and have 40 to 50Kmiles. I think the gas Wows have an impact on any V8. Trade in values are the worst at this time. Toyos do hold their value but I think they are overpriced specially in todays market. Tacomas V6 are crazy prices

I think the problem is the overwhelming majority of these vehicles (specifically Armadas) were sold as fleet vehicles to rental companies. If you were shopping for a newer Armada right now, my guess is you would be hard-pressed to find one that wasn't a prior rental. It doesn't change how amazing they are but it does affect the resale value...a lot.

Before purchasing my most recent Armada, I probably looked at no less than 20 of them. All except for two were prior rentals and showed crazy amounts of wear and tear for just a few years old. None of that helps resale value.

I guess the good news is, next time you're shopping for one you won't have to spend a ton of money to get one. That's the silver lining, they are gems.

Look, this is what I’ve learned through others and you tube: Unfortunately, just about every major complaint are people with generations other than the 1st. I guess the manufacturers always go all out on the first gen in order to sale and get great reviews. I have a first gen and sometimes I feel like I have the 5th one ever made( lol) . My buddy is not even officially named Nissan Armada; it’s called a NISSAN PATHFINDER ARMADA and don’t know whether it’s an LE or SE. Doesn’t say in the manual ,but it’s 4x4 and it’s fast as a bitch.
What you can best believe with all Nissans that possesses that much despised transmission they invented; it has almost destroyed that awesome car manufacturer , along with being co-partners with the French car company, RENAULT. Hell what the heck has Renault done lately???!!
