Went to the dealer today and what a shocker they couldn't duplicate any of my issues and tryed to explain them away.

Driver side window rattle when half way rolled down. CND (cannot duplicate)
Said they drove it...sure they did. Tried to tell me it was my aftermarket window tint...what? Just had to laugh at that.

Suspension creak when putting into gear and every time I stop or start with windows down. CND. Funny, it was plain as day when hopped in it and drove off the lot!!

A/C blows strong on pass side and weak on driver side. CND
Replaced BCM harness(cool, but no fix).

Rescheduling next week for a tech ride along. Guess I should of asked for that in the first place. Atleast the service guy is pretty cool to rap with even though its obvious his agenda is to get me out the door and hope I will stop comming back. Good thing I'm persistent and don't mind being an ass until I get my way!! :moon:

Some of the same issues

I know about the issues that you are having and have some of the same. The window issues seems to be due to the size of the window and the lack of support top half when its rolled down mid way. The bcm harness change was a recall and they had to do that I just had it done. Let us know what happens with the ride along, the tint explaination is something they say to people that do not know whats really happening.

Typical Nissan service BS! When will Nissan get it. People value service over the product, look at Saturn. Crappy product, great service, and people bought them like crazy!

I've gotten to where I will schedule a ride along from the get go. I've had better luck at the dealer I currently use, but the one I bought the vehicle from couldn't find their ass with both hands.

I think there's a TSB on the window rattle when it's rolled down. My driver's side just started doing this. I noticed tonight too that on my passenger door it sounds like the door is hitting the strike plate or something- a loud clacking noise happens when driving. Back to the dealer again. Let's see, I think I'm up to my 100th trip! Maybe I'll get a coffee cup or something. :D

Fortunately it's all minor stuff. I'd be mega-pissed if I had drivetrain or other major issues.

Its the dealer

It is a shame that Nissan hasnt discovered that the dealers are the ones that make or break you. The dealer I go to now has that concept but I had to try a couple before I found a dealer home. If Nissan gave the service that Infiniti does these minor issues wouldnt infuriate people so.

I totally in agreement with you, add to that, Nissan USA has no QC when it comes to dealers and NO accountability. Dealers have the final say it seems. :mad:

I have the same window rattle issue when rolled down half way.....There is a TSB for the 2004 models, but none for the 2005. I own a 2005 and want to bring it in with the printed out TSB, but I'm sure they will tell me that it doesnt apply to my truck. Even though its the exact same issue!!!! Let us know how it goes with your issues.

Sure will and I'm bringing the TSB anyway reguardless of the the date.
