My headlights point high, is there anyway to adjust them? I have been through the owners manual but can't find anything. I don't want to go to the dealers if I can adjust them myself.

Does anyone have a copy of the 05 service manual on CD? I tied ebay etc but nothing. Nissan do it on CD but its about $230 plus I can't get it here in sunny Saudi.

Thanks for that. I thought that screw was the adjuster, but as the owners manual doesn't mention adjusting lights I wasn't sure.

Bit worried about both ebay manuals as they say over 1000 pages, Nissan web site says 3500+ pages in 4 manuals

I know I'm bumping a very old thread for this, but from the image above it looks like you adjust the headlight by turning the plastic hex nut in the back and not using a Philips-head screwdriver in the opening in the top. Can anyone verify that that is correct?

On my 2008, I just used a phillips in the top of the headlight to adjust the level and it worked fine. I think the picture is just to indicate the area where that is at on the headlight.

You were right. You can actually use a Phillips head on the upright portion or a wrench on the backside. Both turn the other. The only issue with the Phillips head was all the ones I had that were slim enough to fit inside the sleeve to the turning gear didn't have a head large enough to turn the gear without putting a heavy lean on the shaft of the screwdriver. I'll use a wrench on the backside next time to avoid the possibility of potentially damaging the fragile plastic.
