Anyone have the service plan?

I bought the service plan & just went in for my first oil change. I was the first person there & it took 2 hours to get my Armada back plus no detailing because the car was was "broken".

Is this just a bad first impression, the norm or should I go to another dealer?

If it's not worth it, can I cancel it?
