Hey fellow Madas,

I saw this on ebay, its a full system, including radio, 6 cd changer,DVD player, bezel, monitor and housing, remote and headphones, basically everything you need on ebay.

If you want the factory system and have it covered by the warranty, this is the way to go.

I am not the one selling it, just passing along info for those who might be interested.

I wonder how you would make it work if your Armada is not wired for it?

I think the wiring is in every armada already?? But if it is, this would be one heck of a deal. $700 for the Bose system and rear DVD entertainment system.

No Wiring

I called a Nissan Dealership and they said the Armada will not have the additional wires. The dealership said they are only wired for the equipment installed, no extra wires or plugs will be in the vehicle...

I'm curious also. I heard you couldn't swap as the wiring was different and you needed to install new wiring harnesses.

Check the "how to" link in my signature I show you how to find out if you have the wiring harness or not. Even if it's not there you can still do it. They will just have not put the wires in the wiring harness plug on the back of the HU, you just need to add the wires as the HU is the same for everyone. Radio Shack has wires with pins already soldered on them that I think are the right size and you just need to push them into the harness.

No Go Too Complicated

Glad someone on clubarmada won the auction. Trying to help.
Since my Armada isn't pre-wired for the system, and the Head Unit and the DVD player require the exact plug to operate, I decided it would be too complicated to install. Back to the drawing board, perhaps I will try one of the all in one systems.

Did you check to make sure you don't have the harness under the front of the dash? I say this because you can order the harness that goes from the dvd to this harness. You might also be able to buy the wires that go between the dvd and video.
