Michelin LTX M/S is the BEST tire you can buy for ride and wear.....it is however one of the most expensive.......it is not a all terrain and it is not for serious off roading, it does however offer the best ride. There will be some out there who disagree but anyone(like myself) that is in the tire business(over 20 years) will tell you that EVERY manufacturer makes a tire trying to compete with the LTX. There are some posts talking about uneven wear and edge wear those are NOT tire issues they are alignment issues! If you can swallow the price(it is a big pill to swallow)Micheln guarantees the ride and customer satisfaction. I have NEVER had a customer complaint on these tires! BTW the Cross Terrain is actually rated higher by Michelin but doesn't seem to last nearly as long as the LTX! Everyone who buys the LTX swears they will never go back to any other tire!
