Today is the day I went in and had my 04' Smoke Armada's TSB brake fix done. It was simple, and took about 2.5 hours for them to replace the front rotors. I only have about 8770 miles on the beast but after two temporary fixes I sought out a dealership ( Pittsburgh East Nissan), and they gladly completed the TSB. I dont understand any dealership hasseling you to have this done, but apparently from some of the threads I've read it happens.
All seems good after the fix and my 04' Smoke rides and brakes very sweetly.

Mike - can you post the part numbers used by your dealer? I was told I had the permanent fix, my brakes went bad again, and they've given me another permanent fix, with different part numbers.
