listen to this!! I have a brand new 2006 armada that I bought in December. I now have it 3 1/2 months with 4000 miles my wife was driving it and she called me to tell me that something was not right I drove 30 miles to see what the problem was and I drove it I felt like it was driving over something so I stop and looked under the truck and saw that the bolts were gone from the axle into the drive shaft now I have it towed 35 miles back to the dealer $239 later and 2 days later find out that they just came out with a recall a week prior on the bolts and still waiting for parts to come in new axle and bolts :moon: so any one else had this happen to them

That the first I've heard of it. They don't have anything listed on the service bulletins yet.

Doesn't nissan have a towing warranty? Nissan Roadside 800-225-2476....that the number my dealership gave me but I don't know if that was just because I bought an extended warranty.

i am going to make sure they pay for the tow i love my armada but things like this get you so pissed off. to day i am going to pick it up and i don't see anything on the service bulletin well we see ..
I had mine replaced with the last maintenance I had done. I learned about the recall on this site and I got a letter in the mail from Nissan notifying me of the recall. I took care of it right away!

Oh yeah, sisnce it was a recall, they should have sent you something. If they did or didn't they should be paying for your troubles.
