We've only had our 06 for two days, and less than 100 miles, so a bit too soon to tell. However, the 06 seems to be smoother, quieter, more refined than the 04. Also, the roof in our 04 had been disassembled at least four times, and a lot of the rattles and vibrations we had were from that area.

I worked with an attorney that specializes in lemon law cases for the state of California. I sent my repair invoices to him, and he did the rest. Cost me a $750 retainer fee. Nissan paid all of my costs related to the 04 (purchase price, sales tax, registration, interest charges), minus a deduction for miles from the first problem occurrence. Then, I went out and bought an 06.
