Most bike shops or an REI store will carry a full line of Thule boxes. I bought a Thule Adventurer - full length, half the width of the roof. I've used it on a Civic, a Volvo wagon, and now the Armada.
About the only variations you'll see in boxes are size, whether they open on both sides, and styling.
I've had great success in stuffing our Thule box with anything and everything - and it has stayed water tight through days of torrential rains, blizzards, slush and everything else.
