Change the license plate bulb to leds

This is from my 2022 Armada.

There's 4 pins to pull out

The hatch pull down cup to take out

The buttons pop out and disconnect

Then pull down on the black hatch cover held with those white clips you see inside

Then you can reach your hand inside and twist the light holder to change out the bulb.

I bought H8 leds from Amazon, they're pretty bright

great thread, did the same recently (cut my arm up a bit reaching in there) but the results really modernize the look of the car in the evening.

I don't understand why it didn't already come with leds

That's what I was wondering the whole time.

We dont get the locking button on the rear power door lock. I wonder if the wires line up and im able to buy a switch and replace mine as it got very used to it on my X5.

When I get home from work I'll pop it out and take a picture of the plug and wires and maybe they'll match up, plug and play.

Just pulled out the switch and it appears to have a slightly different shape.

Thank you very much... sadly they look very different. I can't understand why nissan would do this based on region. Folding seats aren't one touch either.
