Dashboard Retaining Clips

Anyone know where I can get some dash board retaining clips? I did a search here on the site as well as google and am coming up empty. I replaced my stereo console and the retaining clips aren't giving a tight lock with the new 2X Din adapter plus one shot into the abyss behind the dash and I can't find it. The adapter didn't come with clips. Any ideas?
