A 7" monitor will fit in the existing overhead bid with some modification. You can use a flip down, but IMO they don't look very clean. Myron&Davis makes a turnkey option that replaces the bin making it a near match with the factory monitor, but it's kind of over priced again but thats just my opinion.
If you have a sunroof you may need the new roof bracket to make the headliner more stable. I'm not sure if the 05's already have it for the models without DVD. The 04's it's a service bulletin that only applies to models with sunroofs and DVD. I'm having to pay $100 for it and the dealer is doing the labor on it.
