DVD Player problem "Disk Format Error".

Less than a week into the Armada experience and the DVD player intermittently pauses and occasionally displays a "Disk Format Error" on the screen. This happens for several DVD's so we know it's not the actual disk. The dealer looked at it and told us that the unit was losing power; Whatever that means I consider myself to be a pretty decent troubleshooter so this had better come with a healthy explaination. So far the Service Dept has been alright to deal with. Anyways, I'll keep the collective informed as to the root cause/resolution.
