Ok Guys we have the dates, and we are getting everything setup, WE will supply the Tents, the food, and a whole slew of vendors including:
Romik,Sirius satellite,Nissan North America, and many more to be added.
WE will be having the Meet on the 6th, and maybe meeting for a breakfast on the 7th for us Titan People, the Meet is open to all Nissans, not just the Titans and Armadas, BUT you guys will have the largest showing there.
Our Dealership will be giving away some prizes and if any other sponsors want to jump on baord, just Email me, and we will add you to the meet sponsor advertisments.
Guys we want to make this the Largest Nissan Meet on the east coast, so I hope each and everyone of you will attend, I will contacting the local camp ground as well as the local Hotels for some packages for you guys, and Trust me this will be the Meet to be at!
I had a pleasure driving to North Carolina to meet all of you, and would love to host you folks on my lot.
WE will have an Off Road track, as well as a Street Test Track (we are a large automall)
Bring your friends and Family, if you guys want to bring something you are more than welcome, we will make a list here, Drinks will be on you guys, IF you bring Beer, we ask that you bring a designated driver, or we will provide you with a ride to your sleeping area.
Anything else? I am sure we will have more, so lets get the word out and get some commitments.

Everyone is welcome, we don't discriminate!
The sunday meet would be for the FORUMS not just Titans, but you know we will outnumber everyone!

Hospitality Creek is the name of the campground, which is a very nice spot, it gets HIGH marks from the locals:

I am busy getting alot of the behind the scenes stuff going, also If you guys want to contact any other sponsors, I have no problem advertising them as well, just let me know beforehand, I don't want conflicts of interest.

Sorry Guys, I wanted to make a good post on this, I did not forget you guys!!
Yes the Meet will be on May 6th, with a second get together for the 7th,
we have MANY companies coming out to see what kind of event we can get going, so the more people that come, the better we look when the time comes to set another one up.
There will be prizes, and judging, the food will be provided by the dealership, and we get a tour of the Brand New Prototype Style Nissan Dealer.
all the new models will be there, and many goodies on display.

Ok Guys & Gals I contacted a local Hotel for a group rate, and I got a repsonse here it is:

We are always looking for ways to make doing business with us easier, Now your group can make reservations online by going to the Holiday's Inn website and adding your group code of "TAC". anyone making a reservation online will need to do the following to obtain your Groups Preferred rate:

under the reserve this hotel, choose your arrival date, nights, persons, and Number of rooms.
Enter your group code of "TAC"
Click check availability
Click reserve.

That's It, your Group Rate is as follows:

This hotel has a Bar,restaurant. It also use to have a comdedy store, but I do not know if they still do, and is only about 10 minutes from the meet, it is also close to the shopping areas, if you or your Spouses want to shop while in town.
