Just want to thank Jason at Burtman industries for the rear spoiler. The fit & finish is top notch stuff. the paint is really smooth and fits great. This spoiler looks great. Sorry I can't post any pictures because I'm over my quota for pics.

I haven't hit my quota yet, but I thought that you could erase old pictures to make room within your quota. Am I wrong about that?

I got my spoiler from Burtman as well. It came fast, paint matches perfectly, installation was a breeze (no screwing).

I have been through 5-10 washes with dryers since then and have not had any issues whatsoever.

Pictures are BEFORE, AFTER, and AFTER w/ additional badging.

Hey thinker. You were right about that but the downside is that all pictures posted in your threads are also gone. I looked around my previous threads and they are all erased. sorry guys!!

Man that sucks. I assumed you could pick and choose which pictures you wanted to erase. Certainly we should be able to go back to a particular post and use the edit function to remove a picture. I know that you could go back to one of your posts and hit the edit button to add a picture. It will be good to get this straight for the future.

The other thing I think I read is that we can expand our limit by donating to the site or something.

I've been on the fence about these but I finally saw one in my color (sedona) and it looks great. Ordered mine Fri from Jason, $250 painted/tax/shipped to my door. Jason even called me to confirm my color code. That is a great price and great customer service. Everyone pls support Burtmans if you can, he is doing a great job for us Armada owners!!!!

Wow, I must have missed this post. Glad you guys like your spoilers. The price right now is a great deal and will be going up later. The quality on the paint is great, and that's where you don't want to skimp.

I'd like to see the pics that aren't being shown because someone went over the limit? Please EMAIL ME those pics!

Here's a new one.

Item is on the website and NOW ON SALE!

They are others that have this mold on the spoiler and use fly-by-night bodyshops, which can give an inferior paint job with nibs, or runs. The quality is in the bodyshop and paintwork, and we only use the BEST! The paint is guaranteed for life and I stand behind it.

If anyone is interested, or before Jan 1, and the price will go up $25.

Question for Jason and others with spoiler.

Just a couple of questions before I jump in and purchase my spoiler:

1. Any updates on issues in going into the car wash with this thing. It has been a while since the last post on it and just wanted to know if any issues have since arised?

2. More importantly, how hard is it to get the spoiler in the correct mounting place with the two sided tape. I would assume that it is a one shot deal and was wondering how to do so correctly with the tape and the V shape design of the spoiler. Also, does the tape attach to both the top part of the door and the front side(both parts of the V on the spoiler), if so, this is where I would think it would be difficult to mount.

Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Well, customers ask me this all the time, and honestly I don't know for sure. I'm sure some customers have done it, but I would be hesitant to tell you 100% you can.

It attaches to the flat part of the roof in the back, and at the front top portion of the gate where the top is rounded off.

It's very sturdy, and is a very easy install.

I have no problems with my spoiler. Car washes dont affect it any. I go to the car wash about 3x a month and never had a problem.

The install is tricky in that you have to align it right the first time. I did the install and it took 10 minutes, which included cleaning the surface.

Measure 2x .. Install 1x ...

Not a difficult install at all (afterall I did it) .. but I recommend (unless you're tall) to have a 2nd pair of hands to assist .. and don't do this on a windy day. LOL!

I cleaned, test fit .. test fit again .. used painters tape to make marks .. test fit again .. then .. did the install.

There's another thread 'bout the spoilers ....
