My 2004 Armada makes a loud "fludder/vibrating" noise when the wind blows across the right front portion of the vehicle.

If feels like it is under the passenger seat and gets fairly loud when the wind isd more than 20 mph.

I took it to the dealer and they can not find the problem.

depending on when the Armada was built is could be part of the 'cabin booming' issue. there is a TSB on this problem.

Windows open or closed? Closed, it isn't cabin boom.
Could it be the weatherstripping on the doors?

we had it with all windows closed while driving on a road that needed re-paving. what ever causes the headliner to push down or seperate from the roof causes the booming/pressure.

Like RKS said. Mine felt like it does when the windows are open but it didn't make much noise but you could feel the pressure change and your ears would pop. It was only on certain cyclic road variations for the most part. If you are getting it regularly you might have some other issue....
