The Armada and Titan are siblings, but they really represent two distinctly different groups. The Armada is about carrying people, and the Titan is about mix-mode. Short-bed doesn't do either real well.
The Armada LE (captains chairs 2nd row) can carry 4 adults as comfortably as any vehicle on the road. Awesome room, tremendous visibility, quite smooth ride. It's like your in your own zip code.
Design wise, it's obvious the Titan/Armada was completed around the Armada. The Titan's rear end lacks serious continuity with the front of the vehicle. The Armada has a very complete looking design, like it or not.
The problem with the Armada is that half the drivers are Soccer Mom's. Pretty ridiculous actually. They have no idea how to navigate in such a large machine in tight areas or back the thing up if they had to, or really appreciate the Engineering of such a fine machine. They drive them cause their husbands were too pridefull to buy them a MiniVan.
I can't agrue that Minivans are about as Manly as a lawn chair, but now a major demographic of full size SUV's are Mom's. Titans are still dominated by guys drivings because they love trucks!
Something to think about.
