The reason I asked is because the fuel in California is different from other states (we are too special) :)

Anyway, California regulation limits the fuel RVP limit of 6.9 psi. The lower you could bring down the psi level, the more "efficient" the fuel would get.

The question is how much more can the device bring down the psi level for California fuel? If it does not bring down much, I don't believe this is a good investment for California drivers. :)
