1. The problems with the '04 were minor. Squeeks, rattles, and warping brake rotors were the majority of the problems.
2. The '05 fixed most of these. No more sqeeks or rattles. The brake rotor fix was rolled out in May. Armandas made prior to rollout have brakes covered by warranty and replaced for free with new parts if needed.
I've been to shop one time. I had a click in the rear hubs. Turns out they changed the spec for grease on the hubs and a couple dabs resulted in no click.
Only thing I would change right out the gate I did change. The stock tires stink. I went with the tires in my sig. but there are some options out there that fit the stock rims. Made a huge difference in the ride quality and handling.
