HELP!!!!

I just added a Volant CAI to my 05 Armada and now it start for a second spudder and then die. Battery was disconneted for a couple of hours, so the computer should be reset.

Any advice????

LOL sorry I am late but you figured it out on your own. I have seen this several times over at CT so I figured that was what it was. So what do you think about it.

Thanks, M4ck. I absolutely love it. I had a Gibson SS put on last week, and figured I'd complete the circle with the CAI.

Scared the heck out of my wife the first time I put my foot in it. Didn't realize it was so load.

I now see how these perf. mods. can become very addictive.

yes they can be very addictive. If I wasn't about to move and in the process of fixing up a house I would have been buying new wheels and tires, rails, steps. LOL it gets to be a lot.

CAI & GIBSON

I am considering these exact mods what do you mean it is loud when you step on it? Could you let me know what the advantage of it all is.Also what does the gibson sound like is it loud,what about cabin noise.Any help would be nice. Also does the SS gibson have a better sound than the aluminized. :2cool:

With normal driving you really won't hear any difference. But when you floor it, you will get a good "growl" from under the hood.
You won't hear any difference between the Gibson SS and Aluminized systems.
The Gibson Single has a very good sound. Like the Volant, you won't notice too much difference until you get into the throttle, then you can hear it. Its a good sound, not raspy like some systems. Also it has very little drone, unlike many others.
I have had the Volant and Gibson SS systems installed for about 10,000 miles. I think it is the best combo you can have on the Armada.
