These are modified headlights with Hella bi-xenon projectors, philips d2s bulbs, hella ballasts. The light output is amazing. I am planning to sell them, because I will probably let my Nissan Armada go.

That's really cool! Where do you go to get something like that done? I don't have the kind of money wright now but in the future, i would.

I just bought the parts, but really the total cost of the parts will be probably more than my selling price. And you can add 3 weeks of labor.

No, I didn't have problems with inspection. Before I had Chevy Avalanche with similar setup and also didn't have any problems.
