2nd vote for goo-gone. Don't use any other industrial cleaners, they will damage the clear coat.

NO NO!!! Goo-gone although very nice...takes off some of the clear coat protection layer as well. And any kind of wax you have applied previously. I have seen it dull the clear coat on some vehicles (especially if you rub hard).

I suggest you get a magic clay bar and use that (Mothers makes a good one). Plus you can always use the clay bar in the future for any other dirt or contaminants stuck in the paint. And I love using it on the plastic headlamp housings as well. Gets them nice clean and clear.

Remember to use the lubricant spray that comes with it or at least some soapy water. I remember when I had to clay bar the WHOLE Armada...now that crap took some time and tons of good old ELBOW grease. :D

I agree. Also, a clearcoat safe polish would work. Maybe even some bug and tar remover from Mothers, etc. ;)
