Hey I'm the newest noob here on the site.

I've been thinking of crossing over.

Actually I'm in the market of a new SUV, and the wife likes the Armada, and Pathfinder out of all the SUVs at the car show.

So I'm doing some research before we start the hunt.

I've been lurking around yesterday and today, and I'm sorta frightened by all the complaints and problems I've read about. But on another note I've been reading car forums for at least 6 years, and everybody has their problems. So I'm trying to over look that.

One thing I've noticed about the Armada, is that is attracts more BLING than off road looks. Why is that? Has anyone lifted one of these instead of putting 22s on it? If so I'd love to see it. The first thing I plan to do is raise this thing a few inches as soon as I take it off the lot.

Anyway, I'm going to go back to lurking around and researching this beast. I look forward to chatting with you.

Welcome, and you came to the right place to research, Like you said every vehicle has its share of problems, but you will notice that the Armada problrms are nothing compared to other vehicles problem. good luck with your research, makemsure you check out the modification sections.

Use the search feature for "lifted". You will find several posts about lifted Armadas such as this one:

I figured there had to be something out there like spacers. Spacers are becoming more, and more common these days.
