Check all the grounds, everywhere. Fix the broken grounds. Fix the grounds that don't look right, too. As you know, a broken ground usually causes electricity to find a ground. My theory on this truck is this electricity, without an appropriate ground, either somehow travels to the various relays for starting or energizes circuits that somehow interfere with starting. No proof, only theory. The last broken ground I found and fixed was on the exhaust pipe under the driver's side. Since then, starting problems have gone away. I have yet to find a resource either listing or displaying all the grounds on this vehicle.
