Happy Birthday M4ck!

I can't remember my 30th. It was all a blur. I went fishing in the Trinity River for steelhead that week. Snow kept floating down the river and plowing me into me. I never cought anything but the southern comfort sure kept me warm.

Have a great day on this very special occasion! Enjoy the many years ahead of you.

Thanks for everything you have done with this forum and all your other acts of kindness.

Hey guys thanks. I appreciate it.
I hit 30 today, yesterday the doctor told me I was too fat. Needed to lose weight. My blood pressure was 170 / 110 got new blood pressure medicine. New athsma medicine and was told I have to go see a specialist because I have sleep apnea and have to take some tests and get some kind of breathing treatments. uhhh If that wasn't a perfect way to hit 30 I don't know what is. LOL
I guess its all down hill now.

Hey M4ck-

just wanted to wish you a HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

Hey, if you have any questions about Asthma....I've had it since I was 8. I've been on every medicine, been to specialists.....been through it all. Losing weight will definitley help your Asthma (somewhat), sleep aptnea (sp?) and ESPECAILLY your blood pressure. Not that you have to lose weight, ol mighty one.

Happy birthday old man; wecolme to your new life :brokenleg you better get use to it.... things just start falling apart for no reason. As for as the weight goes....... do as I do, run a block rest a week
