Took the Armada in for service on a list of items and was extremely disappointed by the service. They did however provide me with a rental; a new 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Even though it was quiet the car simply was not fun to drive. The drivetrain was extremely anemic and the interior was uninspiring. Even with the rattles and mysterious "4WD" issue I would never consider a Jeep over the Armada.

The Armada has a creek at both front armrests. The 1st time I took it in they replied with the typical "can not duplicate" I took it in again and this time pointed it out to the tech. Now just a week later they tell me they hear it, that it seems to be an issue with a few Armadas but they don't know how to fix it.

Did the front window switches TSB

Did the HVAC noise TSB (the noise is actually worse now)

Could not duplicate why the 4WD light comes on randomly in 2WD

Asked them to remove tow hooks but they forgot

Asked them to wash it but they ran out of time even though they had the car all day (8am to 5 pm)

Needless to say I informed the dealership of my experience and opened a ticket with Nissan Customer Assurance. I will be a pebble in their shoe until I get everything resolved to my liking.

Hey can you guys tell me what exactly is fixed in the HVAC noise and Front window TSB's?

I'm now getting this really annoying crack/click sound coming from the inside of my dash or front window...can't exactly pinpoint it. Could be with the HVAC if that refers to the Air Con/Heater Unit.

I also have a creak coming from the front windows and the stupid thing gets stuck at times if you press the button up real quick (it has to reset or something before the windows roll back up). Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Or even better, does anyone have a list of all TSB's on our cars? Thanks again!
Check the TSB sticky in the Problems section. If you follow the links, the tsb gives a quick description & pics of what is done.
