No question it is good. I got the fix at 3700 and brake dust disappeared. Brakes have better, smoother feel. Still going good after 6500 miles on the fix - enjoy.m4ck said:

I drove it for a while this afternoon bringing it home then went out again for a while and I have to say I really enjoy having brakes that work again. Hopefully this will fix the brake dust problem as well but I really feel safe again in my Titan. I will keep you updated as time goes by on how good I think this fix is.

I am kinda puzzled m4ck, why it took you so long to have the brake fix. just curiousm4ck said:I had my 04 Titan at the dealership Monday morning they were putting in the final permanant brake fix. Yes that was the game Nissan play in the beggining to get enough parts out. Now most people get the new rotors first time in. Guess parts are plenty now.m4ck said:Well they had to turn the rotors 3 times before they would do the permanant fix. Due to shortages of the brake kits.
least thats what I was told at the time of the last temporary fix.

can you confirm, when your truck was manufactured? if before may 05 or after?baseballfanz said:Got my truck back just now, to my suprise invoice stated "resurfaced" all rotors and replace with all new pads front and rear. I talk to the service advisor and reminded him he stated to me on the phone that I would be getting new rotors. After some checking he stated that per my VIN I already have the updated rotors from the factory and they only needed to replaced the pads. Can anyone confirmed this to be the case or had anyone else with the judder fix got this same answer? Don't get me wrong the new brake stop better than before and the judder is gone, not sure if I'm going to be making another trip to the dealer after awhile.
Thanks
I hope you get the final brake fix, and yes give them hellbaseballfanz said:Thanks, I already confirmed I got screwed over by this dealer. A member of Club Titan, "jerseyparts" work for a dealership and confirmed to me I got the shaft on this one.My production date is 04/05. I'm waiting on a follow up phone call and they'll get a piece of my mind.
