I was just on KKB.com (Kelly Blue Book) and built-up a Armada to see what pricing was in MN.
The options I want are on the LE:
R93 Cargo Tray
L92 Matts
M10 MicroFilter
B94 Mud Gaurds (F&R)
XM Radio

List is $42960 after Destination.. "invoice" is $39036 plus a $1K rebate.

List is $40,860 after Destination ($37,002 "Invoice") plus a $1K rebate. FYI, my dealer is sure that the rebate about to expire at $1K won't go away. If anything, it will go up.

The question is what do I get with the LE over the SE for the extra $2K (after normalizing the options that I can) and is it worth it???

Am I missing an option that is a 'must have'?????? I sell my SUV's every two years so I don't want features that I cannot get back in resale unless it is very important to me (i.e. XM Radio). Gotta have Fox News!

Any help would be appreciated!

Self-leveling rear suspension

Seriously, well worth the extra money for what you get.

I had the same delema when choosing between your packaged SE and the LE. For some reason the LE in my area (Phoenix,AZ) all come with 2nd row Captain Chairs. Having two kids, I needed as much seat space as I could get! Besides what RKS said there's little things like Chrome grill, lights underneath side mirrors to light runners. For resale the dealer said the LE usually gets about $2000 more, even compared to an SE almost the same equipment. But then again this info did come from the dealer.

I ran an appraisal for a 2004 Armada through edmunds.com and what do you know, there was a $2000 difference.

I finally found a 2004 LE with 2nd row bench! Purchased on Dec 5, 2004. January 2004 production. Already in service..But that's another thread i'm about to post

The LE also comes standard with captains chairs in the rear, they are anoption on the SE's

The Power Rear lift gate is worth every dime of the $2K difference.

My LE does not have the power lift gate. that must be a separate option.

I have the LE and got the 2nd row bench seat.
It is an available option, just have to ask for it.
