I have heard the suspension on the 2004 Armada and the QX56 are identical. But does anyone know this for sure? I was hoping that the 2 1/2" front and rear suspension lifts that 4wheelparts.com offers for the Armada would work. If anyone has been successful in doing this and have recommendations for the replacement rear shocks that are required that would be appreciated. I have replaced the factory tires with 285/60/18 Nitto Terra Grapplers which are the largest tires Nitto makes that will fit on the factory rims but I would like to get new rims and go up to 34s once I find a compatible lift kit. I just got back from Sedona, AZ where I took my QX56 on a couple of extreme rated trails It handled great!!
It felt good to put my finally get some use out of 4Lo. But I am going to need a little bit more clearance before I take on the "Steps"

Yes, I'm quite sure that the Armada LE (and some SE's with options) and the QX have Identical suspension componets(rear air sus). However for some reason the sellers of suspesion upgrades for the this truck seem to be very vague on how to incorparate there products with rear air suspension. Before purchasing or attempting to install these spacers I would contact the manufactuer and get there firm recommondations on what shocks are appropriate and how to adjust the self-leveling feature. Just my take, anyone else?

Let's see some pics of that luxo ride gettin' dirty!! :)

Contact Procomp, who makes the lift, and 4wheelparts, who sells and installs them. Shouldn't be a problem but I'd like to know myself. The QX has an indentical suspension to an Armada SE with Big tow or LE.
