I recently was doing an oil change and have had some squeaks from my suspension components so I decided to apply Lithium Grease on the control arm bushings and sway bar bushings. Now it's as if the vehicle is dead silent and is a whole new driving experience. This is an overlooked easy thing to do for your ride while helping the longevity of your bushings. You can find a spray can for approximately $6.00 and you won't believe the outcome.

It's hard to say how long it will last but had rain over the past week and still holding up with no squeaks. If you're in an area where you see a lot of precipitation then it might not last as long.

What brand to buy, any of them will work. Some of the cans will address they are used for this purpose. I used SuperTech and I got it for $6.00.
