How's everyone doing? I was wondering if there was a way to turn-off the low tire pressure system? I hadt some 22" rims installed and the factory valve stems will not seat on my new rims so they are not installed. This causes the system to turn on the light. Is there a way to disable the low tire pressure indicators?

No way to disable it. You will have to learn to live with the light, or cover it with something, such as black electrical tape.

I've read conflicting reports of what happens when you remove sensors. I personally changed wheels and did not put the sensors in for over 6 months and 8,000 miles. The light turned on once, the first time I drove it after removing sensors. Then the next time I drove, it was gone. And never turned back on again.

So in my experience, there was no light after the first day.

They turn back on after a certain amount of continuous driving. I usually notice them after an hour or so. If you are doing shorter trips, they probably won't even come on. ;)
